Here is your homework for today:

3rd Grade Reading:  20+ minutes

4th Grade Reading:  30+ minutes

Language Arts:  

We are using our skills to write our own informational nonfiction books.  Students have lots of notes to guide them in incorporating these features into their own books.  

Sarah Plain and Tall packets and books are due!  We took the test and it was open book.  IF YOU HAVE NOT TURNED YOUR BOOK OR PACKET, PLEASE DO SO THIS WEEK!


Word Study:  

Word Study assignment due March 12

Your child should have the new word study written in his/her planner.   Your child should complete two activities from each of the three categories (phonics, vocabulary, spelling) and then complete the three tests for those sections.  Ask your child about his/her word list.  


3rd Grade Math: 

Follow the directions on pages 301A by cutting and using blank paper to form the shapes

Cut the shapes on 303A and compare.  Put the shapes in a plastic baggie!

4th Grade Math:

We have our Unit 4 test on Friday.  Please help your child ensure that all journal pages and homework pages in this unit have been completed.  We have taken several quick quizzes recently.  Please feel free to revisit these with your kids as they are a great review for the test.
