~Happy Thursday to our Fabulous Students~
We really miss seeing you in class and have another fun challenge for you.  Today is National Peanut Butter and Jelly Day! Did you know that the average american eats more than 2,000 PB&J sandwiches by the time they graduate from high school?
Crunchy peanut butter with grape jelly on toasted bread is a favorite because it has great texture and is delicious. This classic sandwich is elegantly simple. While some are allergic to peanut butter, they enjoy jelly on lots of things.

Here is your fun challenge for the week:
-Make your version of the  PB&J sandwich for lunch. You can get creative with this!   What kind of jelly did you use?
-Watch the Peanut Butter and Jelly Dance- https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qEXFGKyXvdQ
-Post your creation on Seesaw for us all to enjoy.  Tell us about it in a video or picture or any way you choose!  What ratio of peanut butter to jelly do you prefer? What flavor fruit and how chunky the peanut butter spread? What type of bread or bagel?
Of course, you can always add additional ingredients.  Elvis liked bacon and bananas on his PB&J. For those looking to shake things up from a sandwich, other alternatives include: peanut butter and jelly french toast, cupcakes, hamburger or even sushi. While some are allergic to peanut butter, they enjoy jelly on lots of things.
*You could create a dance and even share how you made your creation with our friends on Seesaw!
We miss you all so much and look forward to seeing your PB&J challenge!
Love,
Mrs. Butzin and Mrs. Frishman
