Here is your homework for today:

3rd Grade Reading:  20+ minutes

4th Grade Reading:  30+ minutes

3rd Grade Math:  page 34 in your HR book

4th Grade Math:  HR 1-10

New online tests are posted.  They are due Friday, October 9th.  Be sure to practice a few minutes a night to prepare before you take the tests!

Book Orders:  Many kids have been asking if they can still do Scholastic book orders! The answer is yes!!!  You can find the information right here on this site!  They will deliver books to your house or school for me to get to you.  We earn money for our class by buying books with them!

3rd Grade Math:  Online tests are due Friday.  Study your 2's and 5's.

4th Grade Math:  H 1-8 and H 1-9 due tomorrow (skip the R sides for now or complete them for extra practice).  In class we completed journal pages 20, 23 (#7-9) and 24 (#25-26)

We will get new online tests assigned tomorrow!  Be sure to practice a few minutes a night to prepare!

We also have four online tests on ThatQuiz to complete by this Friday the 25th.  Be sure to study before taking each quiz.  You can also have a parent type your answers for you while you just call them out (make sure you talk to a parent about when they are free this week so you can create a plan).

Last night I emailed your kids their Prodigy username and password.  This is a math game site that gives the kids math games tailored to various skills.  It is not a requirement that they play if you prefer they don't.  If your child is having trouble finding the placement test, they should go into the "math battles".  As they complete these battles, the program will put them in various levels for each math skill and provide them with support in these areas through the games.
