 Choice Hour Updates:

ALL CHOICE HOUR IS VIRTUAL for both Quarter II and Quarter III. There is no in person choice hour currently. 

 Quarter II Choice Hours end this week. The last day is Thursday. It will be hard for students to make it online for choice hour on time when they are traveling home from school this week. We know this and do not want the students to be stressed about it.

Currently we are focused on Figurative Language.  We are working on revising our narratives to add enhance our writing with figurative language (hyperbole, personification, simile, alliteration, metaphor, etc.)


Word Study:  

Our new Word Study assignment is due on Friday, January 15th.  Please have your child show you the assignment online as well as his/her word list.  There are 7 activities to complete with your word list plus the test.  All should be complete by the due date!  Our SAE group is using SAE Sort #2.  DRU Group 1 is using DRU Sort #2.  DRU Group 2 is using DRU Sort #17.

 Choice Hour Updates:

ALL CHOICE HOUR IS VIRTUAL for both Quarter II and Quarter III. There is no in person choice hour currently. 

 Quarter II Choice Hours end this week. The last day is Thursday. It will be hard for students to make it online for choice hour on time when they are traveling home from school this week. We know this and do not want the students to be stressed about it.
