Tuesday, September 13th

We had a Terrific Tuesday!  Today we completed the Reading I-ready testing, read chapter 2 in "The Boy in the Back of the Class" and checked out books in our library.  In class we talked about responsibility and making good choices. We learned that responsibility is when you can be relied on to do the things that are expected or required of you. Share with a parent 3 things that you are responsible for at school.

Picture Day is Thursday, September 22nd (See flyer inside blue folder!)

Homework and Remembering (HR) 1-2

JP 7-10 (big math journal page-completed in class)

This H/R book and big math journal is in your child's binder and should be returned to school every day.

Ask your child to show you his/her completed work. We will check in class for accuracy.

Third and fourth grade students received their math journal and homework and remembering journal.  These will travel to school and home in the binder.  Students should have a safe place in the binder to store these.  We will use these in class every day.  Students will need to bring a dark colored crayon and sharpened pencil(s) to math class along with both math books!
