Happy Thursday to Our Wonderful Students!

Taking care of yourself is most important to us and all that care about you. Make sure you find time to laugh, play, go outside, chat on the phone with friends, and listen to some good music.  Do things that are fun and make you smile.  Perhaps you'll rediscover something that you really love to do.  
Today is National Spinach Day and we have a FUN CHALLENGE (optional) for you! There’s so much to love about spinach because it packs a ton of nutritional benefits into every bite.  Inside those delicious green leaves are antioxidants, anti-inflammatory nutrients, and vitamins that promote improved eyesight, healthy blood pressure and stronger muscles. Spinach is known for its high levels of vitamin A. It is so healthy! 
Here is your challenge for the week:
1.  This week try making a spinach recipe.  We love making a yummy spinach, blueberry smoothie!

2.   Post a picture or video of you enjoying spinach on Seesaw!  You could tell us about your SPINACH experience!  If you’d like, you can even share your recipe with your friends on Seesaw!
